Florida Bass Fishing report Lake Okeechobee with Capt Brian

Hey everybody this is the Florida Bass Fishing report Lake Okeechobee with Capt Brian
How’s everybody doing this is the Florida Bass Fishing report Lake Okeechobee with Capt Brian, today I had a 8 hour trip with husband wife team of Eric and Shannon, they came down from Saint Louis and Shannon bought it for Eric since hes fished the lake of the Ozarks and Truman and all those up there in Missouri, and she wanted to bring them down and just let him have a chance kind of one of those bucket list kinda things he wanted to know what lake Okeechobee was all about and I think we did a pretty good job of turning them on to what this Lake can do and we had an awesome morning we went out of slims fish camp got ourselves four dozen shiners in the morning cause we thought well maybe We’ll do a half a day of shiner fishing and half a day of artificial fishing, and we got out there and pretty much right away there in the morning first 4 hours of the day were pretty fun. Eric caught a couple fish in the 4 pound range a 6 pounder and a 7 pounder, and they just they got a bunch of fish this morning, and we ran in to do a little bathroom break, and I needed to get some more shiners, and we got loaded back up with four dozen more shiners and headed back out and it was like some one flipped the switch in that in that one hour I don’t know what all happen, but then the bite definitely slowed down We did catch some more fish in the afternoon. It just definitely wasn’t the same size or the numbers that we had caught in the morning, but just another absolutely wonderful day lot better weather than they’ve been having up in Missouri, So they had a great time while they’re down they get to go do some peacock fishing here the next couple days over in the canals over by Fort Lauderdale so they already had a blast and looking to have an even bigger blast fishing for Peacock bass. Lake Okeechobee is just a live and well so all you guys. if you are ready to do some fishing We’re ready to have you come down and and catch some of the big fish Lake Okeechobee has to offer and hopefully have a trip of a lifetime so until next time tight lines, This is Capt Brian looking to stretch some line with you.
