Captain Mark Shepard here with your May 20th Lake Okeechobee fishing report.
Well folks been in the water doing some ultra light fishing…light tackle, 10 pound braid, small worms, nest worms… a little bit of everything , having a good time! I am fishing with Mark and Larry from Indiana this guys are great, fished with them in the fast. Every time we go out we have a different adventure… looking forward to go fishing with these guys. Is this time of the year when light tackle gets really strong. The water is coming down and is starting to get shallow…the water becomes clear and top water bites start kicking in, I really like it. A lot of fun stuff to do!
