Fishing Guide Rates Terms

Pay with a Credit Card online 24/7, or over the phone!

Most Deposits are under $100.00 per trip per day; it varies a little bit based on the number of people and the length of trip chosen. When booked online, you can choose to pay for the trip in full, make a small deposit, and even make payments. A booking is required to hold your day and your fishing guide rate is displayed at checkout and will not change after it is reserved.

Fishing Guide Rates and Outline are in our Cancellation Policy: “Our business depends on advance scheduling and trip reservations. We do have a Cancellation policy and trip insurance if desired on all reservations. Based on policies, no deposits will be returned within 72 hours of the scheduled trip.
A $5.00 service fee will be added to all online reservations from all Credit Card deposits if booked online. You are responsible for all days reserved; if NO deposit is received within 72 hours prior to the trip, your trip will be canceled and rescheduled for another client. If trips are canceled within 24 days, your deposit will be lost.

Terms and Conditions

Bad Weather Policy: We legally cannot fish in Severe Weather or Lighting and Winds above 30+ MPH depending on the direction of the wind on Lake Okeechobee. If you have any concerns about the weather, the captain will contact you the night before or that morning of your trip, and we will choose to go or stay or delay. We can fish in the rain; we have rain gear, although most boats do not have cover other than our pontoon boats. If you own rain gear and can bring it with you, please do.

Meeting Locations

Meeting Locations for all Okeechobee guided trips will be listed on the itinerary you will receive after reserving your trip. It will be emailed several times and also texted to you if you approve. We do pickups from some of the local hotels and Airbnb locations. Do not assume, as it is only approved per each captain. We do not offer pickup at your dock on the water. Please feel free to contact us anytime for directions to these locations to consider alternative locations..

Please ask, as we do offer discounts for Multiple Day Trips at certain times of the year.

Large Corporate Trips and Large Families are also welcome. Also know that all our fishing guides are USCG Licensed and Insured
